We run microbiological analyses, and isolate and identify microorganisms. We prepare strains from our own collection and make them available for research.

We study the sensory quality of food and its changes under different factors, as well as conduct sensory trainings.

We support research conducted at the Institute through dissemination and implementation of innovative, cutting-edge molecular biology techniques.
Cell and Tissue Analysis and Imaging
We culture cells in vitro. We analyze and sort cells using flow cytometry and study cells by confocal microscopy.
Animal Laboratory
We breed two species of laboratory animals – mice and rats. Our specialised staff ensures care throughout the in vivo experiments.
