What qualities does a „Future Consumer” have? What are the current and upcoming trends on the agri-food market? Are we about to face the era of 3D printed food?
On 16 April, 2019 researchers from the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research PAS together with experts from MASPEX group will lead a training for students, inspiring them to adopt the attitudes of conscious consumers and reduce the environmental imprint of the way they buy, prepare and dispose food products.
The meeting will take place at the Economics University in Crakow, Poland.
The initiative is funded within the framework of the EIT Food #AnnualFoodAgenda project.
