The Council represents the interests of junior researchers, supports their professional development and initiates educational and integration activities. It also facilitates communication between new and more experienced members of the research community.
It provides a platform for the exchange of experiences, promotes cooperation between organisational units and supports activities that improve the quality of scientific research, working environment and organisational culture at the Institute.
We promote openness, recognise needs and moods, and foster a shared workspace where ideas
and people can flourish.
