The Council represents the interests of experienced researchers, supports the career development and professional skills of its members, and identifies the needs of the Institute’s entire scientific community that could impact the quality and scope of research, as well as the working atmosphere.
The Council initiates activities that strengthen communication and cooperation between organisational units, supporting the integration of the Institute’s scientific community.
We provide a space for dialogue and cooperation. We connect the voices of employees with the decisions of leaders, ensuring that every idea and concern is given due consideration.
