Participation in the symposium is free of charge.
The organizers cover the costs of:
- participation in the symposium,
- conference materials,
- lunch and coffee service,
- Gala dinner.
The cost of accommodation and travel is covered by the participants on their own. We recommend accommodation in the House of Creative Work of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wierzba at a special price for the participants of the symposium.
