On 12-13 December, 2017 Institute’s Laboratory of Sensory Analysis hosted the staff of PJSC „Company Enzym” from Lviv. The aim of the visit was to take part in the II stage of the sensory analysis training, including the evaluation of products based on the scaling and quantity description analysis methods. The participants got familiarized with the theoretical and practical basis underlying the evaluation procedures and statistical elaboration of the results obtained. The analysis was performed on commercially available products and yeast extracts used as food additives produced by PJSC „Company Enzym”.
