During EuroFoodChem XIX Conference held October 4-6, 2017 in Budapest, Tomasz Sawicki, a PhD student at the Institute’s Department of Chemistry and Biodynamics of Food, was recognized with The Best Poster Award for his presentation titled „Absorption of red beetroot betalains from rat stomach”. The award involves a free participation in the next edition of the EuroFoodChem Conference, which to take place in Portugal.
